I need to make myself clear I am in a relationship with God he is frist and he is last in my life, he fills everything that is inbetween and with out him I am nothing.
I am here seeking friendship nothing more, I believe that if I can get the God thing part of my life together I will be able to get other parts of my life together.
I have 4 wonderful young adults in my life that God blessed me with.
I have made mistakes and most of us have, I thank God that he saw fit to forgive me where man has not, that would be a problem if it where not for the fact that God means more to me than any man!
While you are reading this I want you to know that friends are so important to me that I look forword to the chanc to pray and talk with you all, I have the time if you do! Please feel free to drop me a line sometime if there is any question that has not been answered that you would like to know please ask me I try to be a open book, I try to live my life in order that I don't have to hide anything.
I am On fire for the Lord and I am hopeing to meet like-minded people, I want to know and share all about my King.
And I want to be a prayer warrior at the same time I believe in the power of prayer
Little prayer, Little power
Much prayer, Much power
NO PRAYER, NO POWER
Ecc. 2:11 Yet when I surveyed all that my hands had done and what I had toiled to achieve, everything was meaningless, a chasing after the wind, nothing was gained under the sun.
The Robins....
We have several pairs of robins that visit the gardens out back. (though only one pair at a time in the yard) Robins are our routine and in need for structure birds.... No change, things have to stay the same. They are very territorial, having very few social skills. Robins are not willing to take the time to be with nor wanting to get along with most of the other birds out back. Let's check the calendar, Sunday, one hour for church. Ok, that'll work, I have nothing else scheduled. But the church dinner on Monday, sorry, can't do it, I get my claws clipped that day every week. This behavior creates a lot of pressure and stress to keep up with this type of living.... Marigolds equal spacing equal rows, where's that tape measure?...scrubb four times b4 placing in dishwasher...here sit on the floor, it's more comfortable...I'll order the same as last week, and that's been the same for the past 20 years.... please scrubb the carrots until they reach half their size... two hours early, that's ok, that's on time. It can turn into literally a form of placing ones own self into bondage. It can also lead to becoming obsessive, and even at times compulsive. Lets not also forget to mention and think about the loved ones that have to dwell with these type of birds. Their obsessions, pressures, and stress are also placed upon them and sometimes they end up living life in chains also.
Tool for thought: Solomon knew and reflected on this throughout the Book of Ecclesiastes.
Ecclesiastes 4:8 There was a man all alone; he had neither son nor brother. There was no end to his toil, yet his eyes were not content with his wealth. For whom am I toiling he asked, and why am I depriving myself of enjoyment? This too is meaningless- a miserable business
Ecclesiastes 3:1 There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under heaven:
And let us not forget about dear Martha in Luke 10:38-42. Could we even be so busy doing things for Jesus, that we're not spending any time with him?
Gal 5:1, 22, 23 Gal. 6:7,8
Lord, my prayer lifted is for balance in our actions and deeds. I pray also that we do not let our service become self serving and self defeating. For it is God who works in us to will and to act according to His good purpose. (Php 2:13) Christ in us, the hope of glory! Amen! Your sister in Christ, Brown Eagle
What a thought to have been there when Christ stepped into the water to start what his father had laied out for him, I can see the clouds parting and I can hear the voice of the LORD saying this is my son whom I am well pleased.
I can remember when I stepped into the water some 40 years ago, I can still fell the spirt of the Lord as was felt that day, I can still hear the cheers and the singing that was going on around me.
I thank God to this day for the precious water that washes our sins away, now all I have to remember is it isnt God holding anything aginst me it is me.
Please don't allow the devil to have a hold on your life please know that What God has set free is free indeed.
Who will you pray for today?
I have to ask this question because I believe that most people don't really think about who they are praying for, see we tend to pray for our Church, we tend to Pray for our dear friends, We are good at praying for our family. Please don't get me wrong, we need to pray for our Church, or Pastor, Our church members, our Family, Or friends and those that know God for themselves.
But what if we took the time to pray for those in need of prayer, those friends that don't know Christ as their savior? what if we took the time to pray for those people that we think have something aginst us? What if we prayed for the homeless, how about the people that are losing family members daily in the war across the water?I dont know but when I pray for others and their needs I begin to feel better about myself, I start to realilize just how blessed I am.
So today/tonight I hope you will think about who and what you pray for and watch the Lord work in your life in a new way.
God bless you all my friends and those that would hold anything aginist me because this is not about me it is about Jesus Christ who paid the cost along time ago on the CROSS
God bless and keep you

This is something that was sent to me today and I had to share it!
Psalm 64: Hide Me from the Wicked
(Psalm 64)
Prayer for Protection from Enemies
To the leader. A Psalm of David.
Hear my voice, O God, in my complaint;
preserve my life from the dread enemy.
Hide me from the secret plots of the wicked,
from the scheming of evildoers,
who whet their tongues like swords,
who aim bitter words like arrows,
shooting from ambush at the blameless;
they shoot suddenly and without fear.
They hold fast to their evil purpose;
they talk of laying snares secretly,
thinking, “Who can see us?
Who can search out our crimes?
We have thought out a cunningly conceived plot.”
For the human heart and mind are deep.
What does a Lucado family travel tradition have in common with God's help?
But God will shoot his arrow at them;
they will be wounded suddenly.
Because of their tongue he will bring them to ruin;
all who see them will shake with horror.
Then everyone will fear;
they will tell what God has brought about,
and ponder what he has done.
Let the righteous rejoice in the LORD
and take refuge in him.
Let all the upright in heart glory
