2 Cor. 4:18 : So we fix our eye not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.

Earthly eyes see the one outside the mirror. Spiritual eyes see the "One" within. Whose reflection do you see in the mirror?

An example might be....,"Earthly eyes searching or looking"....Mirror mirror on the wall....I'm weak....the Lion in the mirror would reply....yes, alone "you" are...keep your eyes on Me. 2 Cor. 12:9 My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is made perfect in weakness. Whisper... In admitting our weakness, we affirm Gods strength! "Spiritual eyes seeing".... Mirror mirror on the wall....I see your strength in my weakness.***v.10***

Another example might be...mirror mirror on the wall....I don't fit in. The Lion in the mirror would reply....Eph. 2:19-22, Col. 2:10, 1 Cor. 12:18,19-30 Rom 2:11, Rom. 12:11, Col. 3:10-14, Gal. 3:26-29.


Whatever you may say or see in the mirror....Gods Word holds the truths.

A message to all members of Fire of God

Greetings to my precious brothers & ; Sisters!
As most of you know, my son "Bubba" is in Jail. He has been there since August. It is a 3&1/2 hour drive to get to where He is. He's my only son. I've made the trip every Tue. to get to see my son for 20 min. visit thru a window. It's hard as a mom not to be able to hug my "big ole boy".
Many times after I left the jail I would just weep and pray to the Lord to give us both strength. And He always does.
Once I thought that they were gong to reduce his bond and he would be able to come home and I was so excited but they didn't. It was the first Thanksgiving, First Christmas we had been apart. It is also hard on his children. And of course his sister and my parents. My parents are 85 & 80 years and have been marrried for 65 years.
Today Alice my friend that was going to ride up with me came down with the stomach flu. She couldn't go.
I called my parents and asked if they wanted to take the trip with me. And they did. I had several to pray that they wouldn't be too burdend when they saw him behind the window.
Well the joy on my son's face when he saw his grandparents there was overwhelming. They were all there putting their hands on the window and kissing the window and sharing in a few moments of joyful bliss as they just kept telling each other how much they love each other.
I was watching the love flow thru that window and back and it was unconditional love! It did't matter what my son had done to be in there. They loved him and he wasn't ashamed anymore because he had asked God to forgive him and now he knew his grandparents had too.
It was a time of catching up on what was going on in their lives over the past few months and letting him know how much they were missing him and couldn't wait for him to get to come home. The 20 min. came to a close way to fast. Again the hands on the window and the kissing thru the glass and the expressions of love from their hearts to his and back. Knowing how much they just wanted to grab each other in a huge consuming hug. The room was electrified and transformed from a jail visiting room to that of abounding love and before we turned to leave my dad put his hand on the window where my son's hand was and prayed a beautiful prayer over him and at that point I saw my son blink back the tears. We had to say our quick good byes and turn to leave. and as I watched my parents as they waved good bye to my son and saw the love & devotion from their eyes pass back and forth I knew that somehow this was only a shadow of the love our heavenly Father has for us.
When we mess up he looks down from the windows of heaven thru eyes of love and devotion and wants to hug us and to embrace us in his arms and love us like a Father. But he can't get to us until we repent, and come back home. But he's still there! He's always there when we need him.
He has plans for us and if we mess up plan A then he has plan B and on down the line.
Jer. 29:11 I know the plans I have for you saith the Lord. Plans to bless you and not curse you and plans for a good future!

Oh how I love Jesus, Oh how I Love Jesus, Oh how I love Jesus!
Because he first loved me!

The first time my parents saw my son was thru the window of the nursery when he was born. The nurse pushed him over to the window, he looked up and them smiled and shook his baby fist. Today my mom told him that story and my dad said "do it again Bub" and he did! And they all laughed!

As we left and begin our long trip back home I had a renewed awe of the unconditional love my parents have. No wonder I was sooo ready to accept a God who has the same kind of love only on a greater sacle that includes the whole world!
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten son that whosoever believeth on him should not perish but have everlasting life.
John 3:16

Bullies and Serpants

Crows are one of the main birds that harass the eagle, pulling at his tail, snipping at him. When they do this, the only escape for the eagle is to just go higher. The crow with self works and flapping strength is not enough to keep up or to reach the height of the eagle. They burn out and are overcome by their restrictions. Their bodies weren't meant for the higher altitudes.


There are two things though that the eagles must face. They are the storms and the serpents. They are afraid of neither, but they can discern the difference. They embrace the storms in life and fight the serpents.
The serpent does not attack a full grown eagle, it goes after the eggs or the eaglets or the weak . John 10:10a The thief comes only to steal and kill, and destroy...Romans 15:1 We who are strong ought to bear with the failings of the weak and not to please ourselves. Acts 20:35, 1 Th. 5:14 The mother eagle comes to the rescue, picks up the serpent with her talons, and either takes it to a sharp rock and drops it, thereby killing it or she takes the head in her talons, rips it off, and then feeds the body to the eaglets.


So what do we do with the serpents that come into our lives or the lives of others?
First, remember our Rock, Jesus crushed Satan's head. (Genesis 3:15) Satan was defeated when Christ rose from the dead. Hallelujah! He is a defeated foe.
When Jesus dealt with the temptations in the desert, He used Scripture to counter Satan's attacks. Matthew 4: IT IS WRITTEN...
God tells us in Ephesians 6:14 to stand firm, not to duck, run, or hide... but to stand firm.
Ephesians 6:10-12 Be strong in the Lord and in His mighty power. Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.


A Tool for thought for the Eagle Christian: Is By knowing, obeying and applying God's Word, this is our effective weapon against the serpent. Our sword will never be dull. (Ephesians 6:17)
2 Thessalonians 3:3 But the Lord is faithful, and He will strengthen and protect you from the evil one.
1 John 4:4 You dear children, are from God and have overcome them, because the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world.
Philippians 4:13, Matt 19.26, 2Cor.12:9, Proverbs 3:6 Phil 4:19, Romans 8:37, He will carry us, sustain us, rescue us.

Whisper....over the years I have learned the days we are unable to stand...Christs love, mercy, forgiveness, and grace will be there to hold us up or to carry us!

Pleading the Blood of Jesus
I.
Morning Prayer 1
Father, I come in the name of Jesus to plead His blood on my life and on all that belongs to me, and on all over which You have made me a steward.
I plead the blood of Jesus on the portals of my mind, my body (the temple of the Holy Spirit), my emotions, and my will. I believe that I am protected by the blood of the Lamb which gives me access to the Holy of Holies.
I plead the blood on my children, on my grandchildren and their children, and on all those whom You have given me in this life.
Lord, You have said that the life of the flesh is in the blood. Thank You for this blood that has cleansed me from sin and sealed the New Covenant of which I am a partaker.

I HAVE A TWIN BRO. THAT IS ALSO A PASTOR. MY OLDEST BROTHER IS AN EVENGELIST.
WE ALL GOT UP AT 4:30 IN THE MORNING AND EAT BREAKFAST TOGETHER AND MY DAD ALWAYS READ THE BIBLE TO US BEFORE HE LEFT FOR WORK. THE WE GOT OUR CHORES DONE BEFORE WE WENT TO SCHOOL.
WE HAD NO TV. SO AT NIGHT WE PLAYED GAMES AND BEFORE WE WENT TO BED WE WOULD SING TOGETHER AND PRAY AND I NEVER REMEMBER A NIGHT THAT MY PARENTS DIDN'T TELL US THEY LOVED US BEFORE TUCKING US IN THE BED.
MY BROTHERS STRAYED FOR A WHILE BUT THE WORD WAS INSTEALED IN THEM AND IT BROUGHT THEM BACK TO JESUS.
AND OF COURSE THEY HAD PRAYING PARENTS.

ABOUT A MONTH AGO AT OUR PRISON SERVICE ONE OF THE LADIES THAT COMES TO OUR SERVICE BROUGHT ANOTHER LADY WITH HER. THE OTHER LADY SIT THERE WITH HER ARMS CROSSED AND DIDN'T PARTICIPATE AT ALL.
AT THE END OF THE SERVICE, BECKY BROUGHT HER UP AND SAID PASTOR JUDY THIS IS MY NEW BUNKIE.
THE LADY SAID, "I'M MEAN"
THE LORD SPOKE TO MY HEART AND SAID SHE'S NOT MEAN. SHE JUST HAS A LOT OF HURTS AND BITTERNESS AND UNFORGIVENESS IN HER.
SO THAT'S WHAT I TOLD HER.
I SAID "HONEY, YOU'RE NOT MEAN, YOU'RE JUST FULL OF HURTS AND BITTNERNESS AND UNFORGIVENSSS."
SHE BEGIN TO CRY.
I ASKED HER IF SHE HAD EVER WENT TO CHURCH BEFORE.
SHE SAID "YES, MY FATHER WAS A PENTACOSTAL PREACHER"
I SAID , "DARLIN' WHAT ARE YOU WATING ON? COME ON BACK HOME TO JESUS."
SHE BEGIN TO WEEP AND FELL DOWN ON HER KNEES ASKING GOD TO FORGIVE HER.
I SAID "WHILE YOU'RE DOWN THERE JUST ASK THE LORD TO RENEW THE HOLY GHOST IN YOU"
SHE DID AND SHE BEGIN TO PRAISE THE LORD WITH GREAT JOY AND EXCITEMENT!!! THE GUARD CAME THRU THE DOOR TO SEE WHAT WAS GOING ON AND WE WERE JUST SHOUTING PRAISES TO OUR FATHER AND BOY THAT GUARD JUST RAN RIGHT BACK OUT THE DOOR!
SHE'S NOT MISSED A SERVICE SINCE!!
GOD IS SOOOO AWESOME!!
