AMBER Alert-Nevada


An AMBER Alert has been issued for Francis Ann Collins, a 3 year old white female. She is 3 feet tall, weighs 30 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair. Francis is wearing a dye t-shirt. She was last seen in Yreka, California.


The suspect is Cody Kaplin, a 22 year old white male. He is 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighs 140 pounds with hazel eyes and brown hair. Cody is wearing a black and white flannel shirt and blue jeans. He has tattoos of an iron cross on left hand, young son on left arm, and mud flap girl on right arm. The last known vehicle is a 92 green Pontiac Grand Am with CA tag 3WKA651. There is damage on driver’s side. The suspect is unknown to the child’s family.
