As a child, I remember playing tug of war. The game would go back and forth, until one side would eventually be pulled over the line.

At times, life can feel like this for an individual. Two teams: on one side you have the Natural verses the other side, the Spiritual. You have the world with many pulling, trying to bring the one who is spiritual over the line to their side. The team could be one of family, employees, neighbors, friends, or even a group of church members. Back and forth one goes closer each round to that line that seperates the two. Whisper...if you want to win this game spiritually, SET DOWN THE ROPE. Psm62:2 Mt16:24

Mt16:24 Then Jesus said to His disciples, "If anyone would come after me, he must deny himself and take up his cross and follow me." SET DOWN THE ROPE.

Lord, I am learning that not all finish lines are worth crossing over. I am learning that there are certain games that have no winners. The words I will listen to: is not pull, but take up and follow. Precious Lord: and the only finish line that I need to cross over, is the one with You standing there, calling for me. God saved my family last night on the highway. We were coming from Georgia, and it had been raining all the way back, except for short periods when it stopped. I was driving then we stopped and got something to eat and switched seats. About five minutes afterward switching seats, a semi truck came back and splashed a tremondous amount of water under our truck-our truck started hydroplaning and spinning out of control!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My husband couldnt stop it, he was was turning the wheel, and we couldnt stop!!!!! He turned the wheel to the left(he said he remembered from his truck driving classes that if this happens you should steer the car away from the direction your car is trying to go-so he steered left, and we crashed into a guard rail, and STILL didnt stop!!!!!!! Finally the car stopped, and I couldnt stop saying thank you Jesus, thank you Jesus!!!!!!!!!!!!! My girls were screaming and hollering, BUT GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We are alive today because of the Lord!!!!!!!!!!!!

My husband came home from work one day needing to share with me what one of the owners of his company had said to him that day. "Nice guys always finish last." My first response was that of the natural, "At least they finish," but I knew spiritually it went much deeper then this. You do not have to finish first to be a winner.

Much of todays power, prestige, wealth, leadership is bought or taken at the cost of others. I hear echos of: it's a dog eat dog world, the strong overpower the weak, walk over them, whatever the cost, the term: backstabbing: in action to gain,.
Gods whispers teach us the Beatitudes Mt5:3-12 that position, authority, and money are not important in His kingdom. What matters is faithful obedience from ones heart.

What matters to God is not ones status (position), wealth, heritage, or power, but ones faith and commitment to Christ. Acts10:34,35 1Cor3:12-15 Gods approval should far outweigh human disapproval. Gal1:10 Am I trying to win the approval of men, or of God? If I were still trying to please men, I would not be a servant of Christ. Whisper...Eternal rewards are not worth forfeiting for temporary benefits.

Lord, prayers lifted that one day I may be able to repeat the beautiful words spoken from Paul in 2Tim4:7: I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Lord, wisdom has taught me that finishing first is not of importance Spiritually, but in how I run in the race. I am learning to run beside the other runners, and to run behind a few, so that we will all cross the narrow finish line together as winners for Christ. YSIC Brown Eagle

Heavenly Father we come to Your Heavenly throne repenting of sins of omission and commission .We give praise for another day that we are given the privilege to bow, to prostrate ourselves before Your throne . Use us- Oh Lord God, in the unique way you have created us as individuals and as an Inspirational Ministerial Body to do your perfect will. Create in us Oh Lord a clean heart and a righteous spirit. Father we press to be in correct and direct order, to be in right alignment with what You ask of us. Father I ask that You give to each of us the wisdom to recognize that it is not by our desires or devises we have arrived at this place , with this assignment , in this season . Father You are the “Divine Author” of our lives and we give You praise and supplication; give each of us the knowledge that we are on the shore of enlightenment, the sun is on the horizon and that we are the recipients of the your Holy Scripture and benefactors of ‘the Glory of Isaiah 60:1-3’. Bless Apostle Prophet Per Einar and Prophetesse Aina as they do Your Will Father to enrich and enlightened Your people of Your Word to uplift Your Kingdom .
