About Me:
I am the Presiding Prelate and Founding Bishop of Dominion Life Fellowship of Churches, Incorporated. now headquartered in Killeen, Texas. We have churches also in Houston Texas and in Lenoir, North Carolina. Also the Owner and administrator director of Dominion Life Childcare Academy also located in Killeen Texas.
I've been in ministry now for over 32 years. I grew up under the tutelage of Bishop H.I.Williams and Pastor Shirley Caesar Williams. I served as their church minister of music for years in 1982-88. I was ordained in the Mt. Calvary Holy Churches of America.

From there I began to build churches in North Carolina and shepherd my first flock in 1990 in Lenoir/Hickory North Carolina. Along with the church I created a non-profit community development corporation that housed a child care program, youth build program helping dropout teens develop skills in carpentry, plumbing and electricity. Later I was led to come to Texas and began breaking ground for ministry in Killeen Texas. Now we have ministry in Killeen, Houston and soon to be in Temple, Texas.
Finally, I have a professional Gospel group titled" Bishop Cartrell Woods and The New Day Ensemble". We are scheduled to record our 1st CD in September in Killeen Texas.
