Colors of God 2012

Love is filled with overflowing colors
Sharply vivid or softly presented to the mind,
A sun filled day, taking on the brightness
Of colors splashed across the horizon.

Knowing that I am still here
The colors of love springing forth,
God giving you and I the colors of his heart
As we come alive in the spring,
Hibernating in the winter.

It is a joy to know that God
Has given us the boldness to stand strong,
Or to softly yield to the warmth surrounding us
Loving the vivid colors of the leaves
And the brightness of the flowers in bloom
Is to love God for who He is.

Through all the wages of hunger and war
God is still here,
Making a way for you and I
Continuing on to set us free,
Searching the hearts of many who shine
In the brightness of Him,
Colors from His heart to the center of ours.

Without Restraint

Who are we really?
Is it our destiny to live forever?
Or to fade away
Our flesh man will return to the dust
From which it came
But where will our spirit man go
Back to the God who created us
Will we be free to enjoy what He has promised us?
Or doomed to be consumed
By a God who is a consuming fire
Would it not be easier to love Him
Without restraint
Knowing we will have a better life
When this one is all done
To live forever in His presence
In heaven here on earth
Don’t be deceived in thinking
He will fly us away
Jesus did not fly away to be with the Father
And neither will we
Many will deceive you
If you do not know or read
What God has sent us
His Word which was made flesh
The same as us
Only He was born to die
Taking the stripes for sins He did not commit
For our sins He did this, loving us without restraint
Jesus our Redeemer who was born
without spot or blemish to save us
To live a life of Eternity with the Father

But not before that son of perdition

Deceiving and deceiving as many as he can
Be prepared for if you do not know
You also will be deceived

I lost my mother on Aug 21st and so today is flower day for me and my friends
will be seeing lots of flowers for a while because that what she was to me
God has kept me everyday giving me comfort and strength with a big dose of love.
