Mwende D. Muoti is the mother of 4 adult sons and 8 grandchildren. She is the Pastor of Christian Education at GracePoint Church in Decatur, Alabama. She is a writer, psalmist, teacher, and mentor, but above all, she is a Breast Cancer Survivor.

Because of the grace and healing power of God, Mwende was able to triumph over cancer. She is now determined to be a encourager to other breast cancer patients and survivors. The objective of Journey of Faith is to be a beacon of light to those who may be experiencing a time of darkness and uncertainty. She looks forward to serving in this ministry until the Lord returns.
