پانی کا بپتُسمہ توبہ کے عمل کا اہم حصّہ ہے،ہر شخص جس نے یسوع مسیح کواپنا شخصی نجات دہنده قبول کیا اُسے پانی کا بپتُسمہ لینا چاہیئے.پانی کا بپتُسمہ لینے سے آپ اپنے اس ایمان کا اظہار کرتے ہیں کہ آپ مسیح کے مرنے،دفن ہونے اور اس کے جی اُٹهنے میں شامل ہوئے ہیں،یونانی زبان میں لفظ بپتُسمہ کا مطلب ہوتا ہے ڈبونا.........پانی کا بپتُسمہ لینا اس بات کا اعلانیہ اقرار ہے کہ آپ نے گناه میں ذندگی بسر کرنا چهوڑ کر مسیح میں ذندگی بسر کرنے کے لئے اپنےآپ کو مخصوص کیا ہے.............پانی کا بپتُسمہ لینا خُدا کے ساته اس بات پراتفاق کرنا ہے کہ اب میں گناه کے اعتبار سے مرده اور خُدا کے اعتبار سے مسیح میں ذنده ہوں اور مسیح میں ذندگی بسر کرنے کے لائق ہوں.

Thank you Father for your gift of eternal life this Christmas... Use me to reveal your nature to my loved ones. Let it be revealed in my face and the way that I posture myself towards them. You are a light to this world. Let others see Christ through my lifestyle this Christmas. Be evident beyond the tinsel and the festivities; be evident through me. In Jesus Name.
