Prayer Request

Hello all!
I am writing requesting prayer requests for my mother. She was diagnosed in September 2007 with breast cancer. Initially, her prognosis was positive; there was no indication that the cancer had spread anywhere in body. Two weeks ago, she completed chemotherapy. Over the past week, she has been experiencing severe fatigue and shortness of breath. We went to the doctor yesterda and one of the doctors at the practice she goes to (not her own doctor, who was off that day), ordered a lung scan. The scan showed spots on her lung. Now, we're worried that the cancer has spread to her lungs. The doctor (again, not her own) told her that she would have to wait until Monday to meet with her physician, who is more familiar with her case. He will have to determine if the spots are cancerous and if she has to resume chemo. She is scheduled to start radiation soon, but that will probably be put on hold now.
I am starting to panic. I prayed yesterday right after I got the news.Here I am, thinking that my mother is done with chemo and on the road back to recovery only to have this happen. I am faithful that God is in control; however, I am scared.
Please pray for her...and for me. I am an only child and I have no spouse or children, so I feel like I'm dealing with this alone. I need all the support I can get.
