1 Peter 2:20

1 Peter 2:20 (KJV)

For what glory is it, if, when ye be buffeted for your faults, ye shall take it patiently? But if, when ye do well, and suffer for it, ye take it patiently, this is acceptable with God.

We complain entirely too much about our trials and tribulations. If we stop and think about where they may be coming from, there can only be two reactions. Either we realize that we got ourselves into the mess, and need to repent and wait for God’s deliverance, or we can praise Him for allowing us to be acquainted with the Lord’s suffering without cause.
