Loves Lesson in Releasing...

 The soul would have no rainbow if the eye had no tear. -Tribe Unknown....

Two weeks ago, Faith, Hope, and Love came to visit. The Lord stood beside me...and whispered: "Open the door." There the three stood...with much to teach. Love and Hope brought with them gifts: Much Joy and Many Tears. I had spent so many seasons since a child, protecting both joy and tears. Being able to feel and experience, both had gotten lost. I had learned that the ones who were to love you the most, are also able to hurt one the most. I learned these were not to share, but to protect and hide. It was time to set laughter and tears free. Free to feel. Free to experience. "The door was opened" to set them free.

While on the internet visiting with a friend, last week-end it began to rain. Just amazing! It was very sunny and bright outside, yet the rain was coming down. I knew to "go out the door"...and there I stood outside reaching up and receiving another gift. I stood in the rain feeling no sorrow, no pain. They were being washed away, setting me free.

Isa61:1b He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives, and release from darkness for the prisoners. That day standing in the rain....the Lord bound the broken, He proclaimed freedom, and released from darkness: many, many seasons of hurt and pain.

Isa61:3 and provide for those who grieve in Zion- to bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of gladness instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair. The Lord that day, shared with me a taste of just how wonderful this day will be. Some of the ashes last week-end were removed while standing in the rain. This is where joy and tears: where faith, hope, and love: embraced sorrow, hurt, and pain. Rev7:17 He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away. Psm 34:18

There comes a season where the scars can rest with in the wings of love, and the soul within will settle in peace. We no longer are able to see shadows when we keep our eyes and soul....facing the "Sun."

This week while on my knees for prayer, I heard the Lord whisper: The door is to your heart....OPEN the door...GO through it. Much peace will be found and felt. Thank you Lord Jesus. Such gifts You have for each of us. They are there waiting for us....Lord, you lead us to these doors, we just have to open the door and go through. Praises lifted Lord, that you will never leave us....You go through these doors with us.
