Are you in a season of limited heighth due to circumstances: feeling weak, struggling daily, lost confidence, wornout, depressed, defeated? Did someone hurt you, are the memories weighing you down, you can't get past it:

Overtime, eagles talons become blunt, calcifications form on their beaks, and feathers become worn. Eagles head for the high places in the mountains, closer to the "Son." for a process of rejuvention. First they cast out all their dull and worn feathers that are limiting their heights and abilities. They then seek out a cool refreshing mountain stream to wash the worldly weight, dirt off. Renewed, clean, and naked: the eagle then stands before the "Son."

Many of us retreat into ourselves. For eagles retreat is not an answer. Rejuvinate, Renew! "Cast out" your problems, worrys, sorrows, fears: cast them on the Lord. Pull out those worn feathers: thoughts and memories that weigh you down, limiting your heighth. Whisper: natural pain, spiritual gains. Then wash your minds clean with the cool mountain streams of Gods living water. Jn4:10,14
