For a more clear, balanced point of view of Obama and Christianity one might also want to consider commentary by John Mark Reynolds, Director of Torrey Honors Institute and Professor of Philosophy for Biola University as printed in the Washington Post on April 16, 2009 entitled "Obama: The Christian as President" in the On Faith Column. Unlike the video that take quotes out of context, (like saying this is "not a Christian nation", when the quote actually includes 3 religions and a very different inclusive perspective than the sham that the video designers want you to side with), interjects different voices that actually change statements, distorts concepts to suit their own agenda and purposes. All of which is the most unChristian-like reactions of those who purport to be Christians. Also search for a video that should not be hard to find exposing the Christian teachings alongside the Muslim teachings also available at the "Public school" he attended as a child. His remarks are not much different from John F. Kennedy saying "Ich ben ein Berliner" or I am a Berliner when he visited Germany during his day. And bowing is simply a cultural courtesy -- not a statement of beliefs. Sometimes we need to stop reading so much into governmental acts, because wanton interpretations rarely exhibit the exact elements of truth we seek. But if objectivity is not one's aim, then little more can be expected.

you call yourself a prophetess, I am a prophet and I am praying for our nation it is in a terrible shape. I also saw the video and the Lord showed me something in this that this has nothing to do with race. The bible says to shun the very appearance of evil, we as a prophetic nation better take back what the devil stole. I am praying for you and the president. my name is prophet timothy and I promise you I will tear down every demonic spirit in washington. I believe with all my heart the Lord is coming soon. Hi I watched the President on TV and seen and heard with my own eyes and ears when he said we are not a Christian nation. Plus I seen much of the rest for myself. I will keep praying for him but I won't pretend it's not all real. God bless you.

Pearls of Wisdom ... I am in agreement with you. I to heard President Obama when he spole about us not being a Christian nation. I do believe that people hear what they want to hear and see what they want to see, and what they see is not always the truth or the way things really are. If I have any negative thinking with regard to another person or people it clouds the judgement concerning that person or group. It makes it difficult for me to trust and or believe anything they might say. I personally believe that this is what has happened concerning President Obama.

I have prayed for him and continue to pray for him. I have read comments in books that we not authored by him by alleged as him having said certain things in reference to Christianity. What I read compelled me to pray for him because he seemed to not have a strong relationship with God. Whether he does or not, I do not know but I do know that he is my President for now and I will stand in the gap and make up the hedge on his behalf. I pray that God give him a deeper desire for the Word of Truth whereby he can come to fully understand and comprehend his path.

He is the choice that the country made and we need to be praying instead of pointing fingers. All through the campaign the same was done. Again I say, people see what they want to see and hear what they want to hear andsometimes we do take things out of context. i pray that we canget away from all of this and just do what we are called to do PRAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Prophetess Sheila K. Kennedy: Thank you for the wisdom of discernment and understanding. As the scriptures say: For them that hath ears, let them hear! (I used to be perplexed and appalled by that statement until I came into a fuller understanding with the help of the Holy Spirit.) Prayers are also offered up for the misguided in other respects. May they see the error of their ways with the help of the Holy Spirit. And, My Sister in Christ, may God continue to richly bless you, as well as the President, our government, and our country; and help keep us all from committing unwitting acts and statements of attrocities. In His Holy Name I pray! Amen.
