Proverbs 15:6 (NIV)
The house of the righteous contains great treasure, but the income of the wicked brings them trouble.
Here’s a clue…don’t get mad when you see the wicked prospering. Store up your treasures in Heaven, because we’re just travelling through here for a little while. When you see the wicked, with their obese houses and bank accounts, it calls into question how they got it. Not that it’s any of our business, but we should be focused on doing the will of God so that we can receive our Heavenly reward, not try to look good down here, and live it up.

At times, it gets to us to see the unrighteousness prosper while we struggle for the basic things of life. Asaph felt the same way in Ps 73. He got encouraged when God showed him the destination of the ungodly. Let this be our consolation that we have the best of all things that all the wealth in the world cannot buy. ETERNAL SALVATION!
