I find that having other women to talk to about the trials and tribulatons we go through is refreshing and most of all uplifting.

Giving expression to my inner Christ nature, I lead by example.
The Christ Spirit within me is my all in all that matters. The inner perfection of my Christ nature moves out to be a part of what I say and do to the degree that I am willing to let that happen. And I am willing to be the best Christ in expresssion that I can be.
As I give expresssion to divine qualities of love and patience, wisdom and compassion, I am blessed and I bless others. I learn more each day about others. I learn more each day about what helps me and what might also help others. I do not push with advice, I lead by example.
I am an example of good that comes from giving expression to the Christ within. Living from my divine nature, I invite others to let their inner light shine in wonderful, empowering ways.
"So if I, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your fee, you also ought to wash one another's feet. For I have set you an example, that you also should do as I have done to you." John 13:14-15.

A Morning Prayer. . .
God, direct my thinking today so that it may be empty of self-pity, dishonesty, self-will, self-seeking and fear. God, inspire my thinking, decisions and intuitions. Help me to relax and take it easy. Free me from the doubt and indecision. Guide me through this day and show me my next step. God, show me what I need to do to take care of any problems. I ask all of these things that I may be of maximum service to you and my fellow man. In the name of Jesus, I pray. Amen

The tiniest elements in the universe are often the most beautiful. A single violet in a field of wildflowers, birds in their vibrant spendor, exotic fish in the ocean, insects seen and unseen-all leave little doubt that a creative hand has played its part. On a more personal scale, our bodies, our physical attributes, our ability to feel and think and act give us cause to marvel. Life in all its forms is undoubtedly miraculous. That each of us is alive to read these words is a miracle too. For many of us, death through accident, overdose, or a partner's violence was little more than a thought or a moment away. It is not by accident that we survived. We have a role to play in the unfolding lives of those who share our time and space. We are part of their miracle.
Seeing the miracles in my path today takes nothing more than being attentive. They are everywhere I look.

Thank you for allowing me this space to share the miracle of recovery and of my life. The miracle of an awesome, loving God who carried me through to witness that there is a better way and a better life through Him. Amen
