Spreading God's Love Thru Prayer
1 Corinthians 15:51-54 (KJV)
Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.
One of the most disheartening things that can ever happen is to go through life without Christ. We have no security of life after death without accepting Him as our personal Savior. The Word of God tells us that we are blessed if we die in the Lord, for we will rest from our labor. If we are fortunate to be alive when Jesus returns, we will be changed, from mortal to immortal in the twinkling of an eye. Imagine being caught up to meet Him in the air. That’s what our future looks like if we profess Christ as Lord of our lives.
