Spreading God's Love Thru Prayer
James 1:5-6
James 1:5-6 (KJV)
If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.
The scholars of this world think that they have obtained super intelligence, and they can talk wisely about any subject. However, true wisdom only comes from God. He gives us the ability to gain knowledge with understanding, not only in a worldly sense, but in a spiritual sense as well. The Bible declares that even a fool is thought to be wise if he keeps silent. So, in our search for wisdom, we must look to the Lord, and believe that He will impart it to us.
