And they went out, and preached that men should repent.
Repentance is a foreign concept to the world. We live in a society where they claim there are no moral absolutes, and basically anything goes. Here’s a newsflash: there are two choices in this life; holiness or hell. There is no middle ground, no purgatory, and you only have once chance to get it right here on earth. No, we aren’t perfect, and that’s why we must repent and turn away from sin, no matter how we classify it, big or small. All sin offends a holy and righteous God, and He doesn’t tolerate it. He gives us grace, so we can get ourselves together and live right.
