Proverbs 14:32

Proverbs 14:32 (KJV)

The wicked is driven away in his wickedness: but the righteous hath hope in his death.

That’s a powerful statement. The wicked won’t be able to find any peace after death. There is no middle ground, no waiting place to be redeemed. There will only be more suffering and pain. It’s a very different setting for the believer. One moment after we leave this earthen vessel, we step into eternity, into the waiting arms of Jesus, never to die again.
