Psalms 72:12-13
Psalms 72:12-13 (NIV)
For he will deliver the needy who cry out, the afflicted who have no one to help. He will take pity on the weak and the needy and save the needy from death.
While society tends to look down upon the people who really have no resources to help them, they can cry out to God, and He comes to their aid. Be careful when you walk past that brother or sister with their hand out. Everyone who does that isn’t a bum, or trying to play on your sympathy. They may be an angel unaware…think about it.
