John 3:16 (KJV)

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

When Adam and Eve blew it in the Garden of Eden, God had a contingency plan, Jesus Christ. We can’t even begin to understand how much God loves us. If we could grasp the concept that the Savior willingly laid His life down for us, a people that didn’t deserve redemption, but did it anyway, we would run, not walk, to Him. Who couldn’t serve a God like that?
