Luke 16:10
Luke 16:10: Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much, and whoever is dishonest with very little will also be dishonest with much.
Trust and honesty are two qualities that should be a given in a Christian’s life. We should always put our trust in God, but our human nature doesn’t allow us to trust each other. However, the Word tells us the litmus test to judge friendship. If you confide in someone, and they break your confidence, you know what to do. If someone lies to you about little things, you know that they will lie about anything. God warns us that liars and deceivers have their place in the lake of fire, so we should be on our guard at all times so that we can turn away from those who practice these things as well as watch for these flaws in our character, and repent.
