Psalms 30:5 (KJV)

For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favour is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.

There are times when it seems like the wrath of God is upon us, especially when event after event happens to our detriment. Before you think about throwing in that towel, consider this: The trials that the Lord allows to come into our lives are to strengthen, not weaken us. Only a weak person doesn’t acknowledge when they need help. The Savior’s assistance is free of charge. All He requires is a lifetime of service. Sure, the tears will fall, but the Word tells us of a time when God will wipe away every tear from our eyes, and we will rejoice with Him forever.
