Psalms 34:10 (NIV)
The lions may grow weak and hungry, but those who seek the Lord lack no good thing.
It’s funny. We may not have the big mansion with the four car garage, the Olympic sized swimming pool, and the full basketball court in the backyard. We may not have unlimited zero’s in our bank account, nor our pick of luxurious clothing that we can lounge around in on a daily basis. We may not even live in the suburbs, or own our old house. In fact, we might actually live in the ghetto or the hood, in the projects. But even if this is your situation, know that God will never see the righteous forsaken, nor His seed begging for bread. He will take care of us, and we don’t have to worry, because He is Jehovah Jireh, our provider, and knows what we need, before we even open our mouths to ask.
