Psalms 42:11 (NIV)

Why are you downcast, O my soul? Why so disturbed within me? Put your hope in God, for I will yet praise him, my Savior and my God.

Everyone has a bad day. There are times when we wake up in the morning, and fall out of bed, run to the bathroom, slip in the shower, and there is chaos before we even leave the house for work. It happens, but there are other days when it seems like the world is coming to an end, and we don’t know how we got to such a state of depression. This is when we look to the hills from whence comes our help, for no one can rescue us, but Him, and when He does it, the whole world will know, and the praises will go up to the Lord.
