Genesis 2:3 (NIV)

And God blessed the seventh day and made it holy, because on it he rested from all the work of creating that he had done.

My great-grandmother was an enforcer of this Scripture when I was little. We absolutely could not do anything, except go to church on Sunday. We couldn’t cook, clean, iron or even think about working on Sunday, because it was, and still is, the Lord’s day. Remember the Sabbath, and keep it holy.
