Spreading God's Love Thru Prayer

Matthew 9:28-30

Matthew 9:28-30 (NIV)

When he had gone indoors, the blind men came to him, and he asked them, “Do you believe that I am able to do this?” “Yes, LORD,” they replied. Then he touched their eyes and said, “According to your faith will it be done to you”; and their sight was restored. Jesus warned them sternly, “See that no one knows about this.”

When Jesus performs a miracle in our lives, it’s natural to run and tell everyone what He did. In this instance, because He knew that everyone wasn’t a disciple, He asked these men if they believed that they could see again by His touch. The rest was history. This is to show that it is God’s will for us to be healthy and whole. We don’t have to ask again if He minds doing it, or if He wants to do it.
