You serve, Somebody!

In study of Revelation 18:4-6,

"And I heard another voice from Heaven, saying, Come out of

her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that

ye receive not of her plagues. For her sins have reached unto

heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities. Reward her

even as she rewarded you, and double unto her double

according to her works: in the cup which she hath filled fill to

her double.

This refers to the fall of Babylon and her wickedness. If we will

relate it to the world now, surely we must consider this teaching.

The smell of evil has reached Heaven and God is angered. He

says to be separated and not indulge in worldliness. God also,

remembers that there has been opportunity time after time for

those in the world to come out of it. He has been disrespected

and ignored. So the warning is that whatever you love, that is

where your heart is so stay exactly where you love. But this

same indulgence will be the death of you (self-centered mind)

please yourself on life. This life is given us, to honor God. We

were made to praise and worship Him. Our lives are to be a

living testimony to His love, compassion, and victory in life. I

say stick to the plan-God's plan for victorious living through

the life afforded us through His son, Jesus Christ. We are a

purposed being to show forth His goodness. God Bless!
