INTERCESSION - FOUNDATION - Next Level

Have you been involved in 'intercession' for a while?  If so, I want to congratulate you on the foundations you have laid; and invite you to the next level.

Intercession has been 'stuck' in the 'you' realm - meaning it has been flowing with your emotions and thoughts - based on what was 'taught'.  Well, it is time and it is the season for you to move on under the anointed leading and guiding of the Holy Spirit.  I have been involved in intercession for over 20 years, so I believe I do know what I am speaking about.

I have moaned and groaned and cried and sighed, shouted and whispered and been involved in spiritual warfare with those entities in the principalities, powers, spiritual wickedness in high places, and rulers of darkness.  And I am fully aware of how 'dependent' we get on what we 'do' and 'feel' -- yuk!

Well, I thank God, my Abba, my mother, my brother/savior/Lord for waking me up and helping me to pay attention - to the changing seasons.  The reason for the season is based on God's purpose and plans - and our learning and growing into maturity.  The foundation that was laid over the past years is strong, yes, and there is another level that we are to learn of and grow through under the anointing of the Holy Spirit.

The connections we are to move in during this season have been empowered - as in turned on - and we are to seek the Lord God for the new authority prepared for us.  This authority has to do with

1. Our intimate oneness with God
2. Our living relationship with our All in All

These factors are not stationary, they grow as we continue to learn and grow in, of, by, and through God.  God is All in All, God is Light, God is Love and the fruit of the Spirit brings forth more of who we are.

Our intercession can now be based on the Spiritual Truth that we are led into by the Holy Spirit.  This truth is the mature - living, moving and having our being in Christ.  This truth is based in and on the FAITH OF THE SON OF GOD!  In whom we live and move and have ou being.  These are not just words - these words are alive and are to be consumed and communed by us into our new life in Christ.

This means our intercession is anointed to be more direct, more powerful, more spiritual connected, and more empowering of those we pray for.  Empowering, meaning the ones we pray for will be key in the answer to our prayers.

This requires those called to and gifted with intercession to really be in touch with the infirmities of those they are interceeding for.  Our eyes of our understanding must be enlightened by God, and as the Holy Spirit leads and guides us into all the truth associated with those being prayed for, our anointing will grow and we will speak to the mountains (problems, issues, scenarios, etc.), SPEAK to the mountains and they will be removed and cast into the seas of forgetfulness - as in gone!!!

We are to be asking God to enlighten the eyes of our understanding 24/7 - and humbling ourselves and our will to the place of asking God/Father for His will to be done in our lives and the lives of those who we are praying for!!!

Get your journal out to write down what you need to - and cry out to God for Him to pour into you His Love, His Will, His Life, His Way, His Directions, His All in All - and be ready to step into your new level of intercession - In Jesus Christ. Amen
