RENEW YOUR MIND - 2 - TRUE AUTHORITY

Let's begin with prayer: Father, God, thank you for your grace and mercy, for your Love and the gift of the Holy Spirit to lead and guide us into all the truth for each of us as needed. We thank you that Your will is being done, and we cast all of our care upon you, and thank You for tenderly taking care of us.  Please enlighten the eyes of our understanding - so that we know, truly know in You the Truth, Jesus, and we rejoice that the Truth Sets us and makes us free!!! Indeed!!!

In Jesus' Name, Amen, Amen, Amen, Amen, Amen!!!!!

The renewal of our mind has an additional purpose: as explained in 2 Corinthians 10:3-5 in all 3 versions we have been using:

2 Corinthians 10 - KJV 

   ⁴(For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)

   ⁵Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ

2 Corinthians 10 - AMPLIFIED 

    ³For though we walk (live) in the flesh, we are not carrying on our warfare according to the flesh and using mere human weapons.

    ⁴For the weapons of our warfare are not physical [weapons of flesh and blood], but they are mighty before God for the overthrow and destruction of strongholds,

    ⁵[Inasmuch as we] refute arguments and theories and reasonings and every proud and lofty thing that sets itself up against the [true] knowledge of God; and we lead every thought and purpose away captive into the obedience of Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed One),

2 Corinthians 10 - THE MESSAGE

^{3 -5}The world is unprincipled. It's dog-eat-dog out there! The world doesn't fight fair. But we don't live or fight our battles that way—never have and never will. The tools of our trade aren't for marketing or manipulation, but they are for demolishing that entire massively corrupt culture. We use our powerful God-tools for smashing warped philosophies, tearing down barriers erected against the truth of God, fitting every loose thought and emotion and impulse into the structure of life shaped by Christ.

We have a purpose, spiritually, to renew our mind and daily bring every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, the anointing that breaks every yoke in our minds trying to block the truth of God.  And this includes all emotions, senses as well as imaginations, visions, dreams prophetic insights - which are attached to every thought in our mind, brought into captivity to the obedience of Christ - the anointed one, the anointing that breaks all yokes.

Our purpose entails dealing with the principalities with warped philosophies, powers and rulers of darkness and barriers erected against God's truth.  Since our warfare is not against flesh and blood we need to renew our minds daily, with the washing with the living water of the Word. This helps us let go of the Letter of the Law and let God work in us the Spirit of Life.

New life comes with the blessing of the Holy Spirit and the clarity of maturity in the spiritual battles that we walk through.  It is through the Holy Spirit and the anointing of Christ that we are enabled to walk through fire, and speak to mountains to be removed.  Submitting all to the Lord God, and acknowledging God Almighty in all of our ways, God leads and directs us on the true path of our new life. 

So renew your mind, led by the Holy Spirit, read, study the living Word - and come to know that you commune 24/7 with our heavenly family, Father, God, Holy Spirit, Mother, and Brother, Savior, Jesus.  It is IN God - All in all - ALMighty that we live and move and have our being.
