I just started this group...I have been in church leadership for quite a few years now and have faced many challenges as a woman, the most popular of them being just that; I am a woman and should not be either preaching, a minister let along a pastor. I know that the Lord called me and I learned to tell folks that I will allow the Lord to settle things when He returns and I continue to obey His voice. Even after almost 23 years, I still face these same issues but I still have to obey His voice...
