I Press On

This morning I proclaim that no matter, what I shall press on!!!. While everything around me seems to be falling apart. I can't help but to look back over my life and truly understand all of the wonderful things that God has done for me. How he always supplied all of my needs, protected me from dangers that I did not even know where there. How even in my flesh he carried me through. So as the evil one attempts to torment me more now that I am giving more to the Lord. I Press on!!!!

I will yet hold on to the promises of God. I will be the first to admit that it is not easy, yet nothing worth having is every easy. I serve notice this day, that I shall turn toward the Lord and trust him like never before. I do realize that because I have chosen to do just that TRUST THE LORD LIKE NEVER BEFORE. I am currently going through things that I have never gone through before. So whether a plot or a test. I Press on!!!

In my bible reading, I was lead to Isaiah 50:4-11 The [Servant of God says] The Lord God has given Me the tongue of a disciple and of one who is taught, that I should know how to speak a word in season to him who is weary. He wakens Me morning by morning, He wakens My ear to hear as a disciple [as one who is taught].

5The Lord God has opened My ear, and I have not been rebellious or turned backward.

6I gave My back to the smiters and My cheeks to those who plucked off the hair; I hid not My face from shame and spitting.

7For the Lord God helps Me; therefore have I not been ashamed or confounded. Therefore have I set My face like a flint, and I know that I shall not be put to shame.

8He is near Who declares Me in the right. Who will contend with Me? Let us stand forth together! Who is My adversary? Let him come near to Me.

9Behold, the Lord God will help Me; who is he who will condemn Me? Behold, they all will wax old and be worn out as a garment; the moth will eat them up.

10Who is among you who [reverently] fears the Lord, who obeys the voice of His Servant, yet who walks in darkness and deep trouble and has no shining splendor [in his heart]? Let him rely on, trust in, and be confident in the name of the Lord, and let him lean upon and be supported by his God.

11Behold, all you [enemies of your own selves] who attempt to kindle your own fires [and work out your own plans of salvation], who surround and gird yourselves with momentary sparks, darts, and firebrands that you set aflame!--walk by the light of your self-made fire and of the sparks that you have kindled [for yourself, if you will]! But this shall you have from My hand: you shall lie down in grief and in torment.

My hope was rekindled and a breath of life was giving unto me. So with that I will say . This is the day that the Lord has made and I shall rejoice all the day long. As I leave my secreat place and place of security. I dress myself in the entire armor of the Lord for I know that evil and the arrows of the enemy awaits me. Yet I also know that Greater is He that is lives in me than he that is in the world !!!! I will NOT try to work it out myself but I will listen to and obey the voice of the Hoy Spirit because I have a blood bought right to abide in the shelter of the All Mighty and he has it all worked out!!!
