The Holy Spirit of God gives you strength to keep the schedule that gives you. God in His plans also include time for that you can relax and enjoy.
Yes, the disciples needed rest, you too. See in this passage: Mark 6:31
And had no time to eat, because so many people coming and going, Jesus said, "Come away by yourselves to a quiet place and rest awhile."
Christ noticed the fear of some of them and the work of others, so remote stand, who were tired and they were frightened gave them refuge.
He said: Come unto me all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light. Matthew 11:28-30
Christ invites you to go to him in pursuit of rest for your soul. He alone gives this invitation. Men go to him when, feeling their guilt and misery, and believing his love and power to help, seek him with fervent prayer. It is your duty as a sinner and burdened, go to Jesus Christ. In this way Christ will give as a present rest, peace and comfort in your heart.
It's the best invitation you receive, do not let the things of the world will remove this opportunity to find the true path.
Let us not tire of doing good, for in due time reap a harvest if we do not give up. Galatians 6:9
