If words had no heart would you know where to start
If words didn't offend could you comprehend
If words were a foe or friend how would you begin to mend
If words didn't choke would there be any hope
If words weren't real would it make a big deal
If words didn't paralyze would you stop and recognize
If words could expose would you still snurl up your nose
If words weren't born would you take a moment and mourn
How many words lead to tears
How many words revealed fear
Did you count how many times words crushed a dream
Words of life and words of death til no words are left
~Mere Words You Say~ How many words have you replayed
Words Spoken Words Yelled
Words Prevail
Words Heal Words Destroy so that's how you lost your joy
Words offer praise Words condemn that's how you got left hanging on a limb
~Words Just Words So You Say~
The Words you Spray run others away
The Words you Pray will save a life today
