WHEN PHILLIP EXPLAINED THE GOSPEL BASED ON THAT PASSAGE, THE EUNUCH'S QUESTION ( ACTS. 8:31) REFLECTS THE TRAGIC CONDITION OF LOST SINNERS: HOW CAN THEY UNDERSTAND GOD'S WILL UNLESS SOMEONE GUIDES THEM SEE ROM. 10:13-15) PHILLIP WAS ABLE TO RESPOND TO HIS NEED AND LEAD HIM TO CHRIST BASE ON SCRIPTURE ACTS> 8;35 ALSO SEE LUKE 24:27-32, 45) ACTS. 8:35 TELLS, IN A NUT SHELL, WHY THE BIBLE WAS WRITTEN.
