Spreading God's Love Thru Prayer
Depending on Him
"My God, teach me to live like you've always wanted. You are my God and Savior, and I trust you always. "
Psalm 25: 4-5 (translation in current language)
Each day that passes I am more convinced that we can not live a minute without the Lord, who has become for many years in the center of my life, that everything that comes and goes has to do with him, and I can not live if it is not that He is with me.
To all that is called "Unit". And we the children of God need to recognize our dependence on Him, we can not go through life thinking ourselves independent, making decisions without talking and waiting for a response.
Most times in life we make a mistake or something goes wrong is because we wanted to be independent of God, we thought that everything was under control, we thought we had it all coolly calculated and the result of our independence was the horrible consequences that we are now facing .
How many of us would go back in time to avoid making some mistakes we made at the time of independence from God, "but what done is done and now we can only allow God to take us by the hand, be dependent on Him and face the consequences of our decisions without murmuring, without complaining, without reproach, but only depending on what the Lord says and does in our lives.
Why do you insist on getting independent of the Lord, why do you want to make decisions without waiting for an answer from the Lord, You think you will be independent of blessing?, "Why do not totally dependent on Him?, Do He will fail?, That ever!
I do not know what times you may be living these days, but let me tell you need depends on God, you need to be dependent, leaving aside the independence, leaving aside the idea that you can do it alone and do not need to go ahead Your Father and wait for approval.
Who gave you life?, "Who gave you freedom?, Who'll give you eternal life?, Then: Why not rely on him?, Why not depend on perfection we know?, Why not depend on who takes care of us?, need to rely on Him!
Today I invite you to give up before the Lord, to take a moment of your day and can spend a few minutes to the Lord, you enter your room or a place alone, bend your knees and tell the Lord: "God mine, I can not anymore, I depend on you. "
I'm sure at that time God will manifest in a special way in your life, God will do something beautiful in you, gives you a peace that surpasses your understanding and make you feel safe.
And we all need to rely solely on Him, so we need to surrender to Him and acknowledge that without Him we can overcome in life so that He longs to do so.
Surrender to the Lord today and begins to depend on Him!
