Devarim/Deuteronomy 30:10-14 - " A Universal Sign "

"However, all this will happen only if you pay attention to what ADONAI your God says, so that you obey his mitzvot/commands and regulations which are written in this book of the Torah (instructions), if you turn to ADONAI your God with all your heart and all your being. For this mitzvah which I am giving you today is not too hard for you, it is not beyond your reach. It isn't in the sky, so that you need to ask, 'Who will go up into the sky for us, bring it to us and make us hear it, so that we can obey it?' Likewise, it isn't beyond the sea, so that you need to ask, 'Who will cross the sea for us, bring it to us and make us hear it, so that we can obey it?' On the contrary, the word is very close to you - in your mouth, even in your heart; therefore, you can do it!

As I read this scripture today, knowing that there is some great and wonderful treasures listed in it's context. A simple reminder instead was given. About a little book that was given to me years ago written by Pastor Tommy Tenney, it's title was GOD's Eye View. In it he gave one of the greatest illustrations of how close our Father is to each and every one of us. Hope you don't mind if we share it.

Imagine your a child in an elevator with your Father. Around you both are several adults all of course taller then you are. Everything you can see is obscured by pant legs and dress hems. You know somewhere up there is some faces and mouths, you want so bad to hear who's speaking and maybe even communicate with them. But your just too small. One thing is for sure, you know you are standing close to your Father, first you tug at his pant leg to get his attention, he looks down and see's you. Now what happens next will adjust everything! You reach your hands up,,, the universal sign of every child!!! Your Father understands this with not even one word being spoken and reaches down and picks you up. Immediately the whole scene changes. Truth is as He has spoken it He is never too far, not to pick you up, you may just have to give a little tug, lift your eyes and lift your hands, this is still the universal sign and still gets every parents attention.

With our Father, remember we can truly Reach for him, your mouth in admonition and prayer and your heart wanting to be comforted by His arms. This is the best pick me up of all times!!! And it's not impossible,,,why? Because our Father said so! He is the Creator of this sign,,,,,,Still not sure? The Father and the Son never disagree ( Luke 17:21)

Go ahead what you waiting for? He needs you to see what He see's, so that the truths of good and or evil can no longer be hidden or obscured. He wants you safe and secure. Not just to view the horrors of the world, but to see the glory and wonderment of the Kingdom. Messiah said, " When I be lifted up, I will draw all men unto me" At that moment the greatest scene of this Universal Sign was apparent. He was not shortly after received in the clouds of glory and lifted up by His Father. Our Father (Romans 8:16-17) He has now cleared a way,,,You can do it too!!! He's closer than you think and wants to drastically change your view!!! Blessed is Yeshua our Messiah who made a Way in Truth for Life!!!
