TO FAST MEANS TO HOLD ONESELF BACK OR RESTRAIN,TO GIVE UP AS AN ACT OF SELF DENIAL BECAUSE OF YOUR FAITH IN THE WORD OF GOD AND YOUR LOVE FOR JESUS CHRIST
JEASUS CHRIST TAUGHT AND DEMONSTRATED TO ALL OF HIS DISCIPLES THAT THEY SHOULD BOUTH FAST AND PRAY.
FASTING,AND PRAYING TEACHES THE DISCIPLES TO BECOME HUMBLE UNTO GOD AND TO DEPEND ON HIM
FASTING TEACHERS THE DISCIPLES TO DENY THEMSELVES AND THERE FLESHLY APPETITE
FASTINGN TEACHES THE DESCIPLIESTO CLEAN THEMSELVES SPIRITUALLY
FASTING AND PRAYING TEACHERS THE DISCIPLES HOW TO RECEIVE POWER OVER THE DEVIL,DEMONS,EVIL SPIRITS,AND OTHER THINGS OF THE WORLD.
