Spreading God's Love Thru Prayer
Our Prayer For Today, Tuesday, August 4, 2009
Precious Lord and Savior Christ Jesus, as we begin our work this day, send the Holy Spirit into our hearts, so in everything we do, we give Thanks to You, and that as we make the time to study Your Word, we may also take it to heart. Help us commit Your Word to memory. Teach us to see the vital role it plays in our everyday life. Equip us to apply it in all we plan and do. Guide us to share it with fellow believers and all we come in contact with. And through our study, may this all be done, not for our glory and simple knowledge, but for Your glory and praise. For all which You have entrusted to us to learn is so that we can have the fullest knowledge of salvation and the greatest joy of life lived for You know and with You eternally. Thank You Lord and Savior Christ Jesus, Thank You, that You will never leave or forsake us, and that Your love endures forever. Thank You Lord, Thank You.
Dear God, compassionate Father, Our Lord, Christ Jesus, you have found us spiritually blind and deaf because of our sin and opened our eyes and ears to the truth of Your Salvation in Christ. Thank you for Your forgiving love. Now in thankfulness and reflecting the hope of our Salvation, we desire to show love also to those who have similar physical weaknesses. Lord please help us in our service so that in our labor of love we glorify Your name and build up the saving faith of those we reach. Thank You Lord Christ Jesus, We love You Lord and want only to do Your Will. Lord You know every need that we Your children have. We Thank You that You have all ready take care of all of our needs, we Thank You that, You are a God that sits high and looks low and that not one of us, who has been predestined to be saved has been lost. Thank You Lord and Savior Christ Jesus, Thank You.
Lord into thy hands we committ our Spirit, Lord have You perfect will for us this day and always.
We proclaim these things we ask in the Precious, and Holy name of Christ Jesus, in whose name we Pray, to be already done!
