Spreading God's Love Thru Prayer
Please Stand with me in this Prayer Request: Our Pray For Today: Thursday May 28, 2009
VERSE:
Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves, for the
rights of all who are destitute.- Proverbs 31:8
THOUGHT:
God's people in every era are called to defend the rights of the
weak, speak up for the disenfranchised, and protect the lives of
those who are vulnerable. This comprehensive call is the great
reminder that the blessings, rights, wealth, and power we may have
is not ours alone; it is a gift from God to be used to bless those
who have no power to speak, to defend, or to protect themselves.
PRAYER:
Grant us, O Lord Jesus, to live this day in gladness and peace, without stumbling and without stain, that reaching the evening victorious over all temptation, we may praise You, the eternal God,Our Lord and Savior Christ Jesus, for You govern all things and are praised now and forever.
Father, rouse in your people, rouse in me, a passion to stand up
for those who are vulnerable to abuse, to abandonment, and to
attack. Please use us, and especially Father, please use me, to be
a redemptive force in the time and the circle of influence in which
I live, for your Glory. Thank You for the love, protection, and compassion that you have shown all of us your children. We know that none of us would be here today, had it not been for You.
Thank You Lord, for this day.

So, Precious Lord and Savior Christ Jesus, we are standing in the gap, for all of those who this day, start out wondering where their next meal is coming from, who are in debt, fear of lost of their homes, and for those who are faced with injustice, unemployment, health problems, family problems. Lord I Pray that you stretch out Your loving, powerful, Merciful hand and touch all of us who stand in need. Lord Christ Jesus, You have taught us, "You Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God". Philippians 4:6
Lord here we are before you this morning, Praying in Your Holy name, Christ Jesus, the only name by which any of us can be saved, to hear our petition, and grant our Prayer.
You told us Lord "Therefore I say to you, What things soever you desire, when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you shall have them." Mark 11:24 Thank You Lord, Thank You Precious Lord, we believe, these things we ask of you, we know they are already done! All Glory To God, Thank You Lord, Thank You, All Glory To God, Our Lord and Savior Christ Jesus, Thank You.
In Christ Jesus' name we Pray.
