by Ralph for everyone
cyberchurch
Pray for President Obama, in Southern California today to speak with citizens in a town hall meeting in Los Angeles. Pray for his safety and protection as he travels and for godly wisdom for him as he leads our nation.
Pray also for President and Mrs. Obama and daughters Malia and Sasha as they depart 3/20 for Camp David, MD for the beginning of the girls’ spring break. Pray for meaningful family moments for them, and for spiritual renewal as they enjoy the gracious mountain setting.
Pray for President Obama as he meets with Prime Minister Kevin Rudd of Australia at the White House 3/24. The two leaders will discuss ways to address critical global issues and will consult on effective measures to respond to the global financial crisis as well as Afghanistan, climate change, nuclear nonproliferation and more. Give thanks for this excellent partnership and pray for God’s guidance for these two men as they meet.
Pray also for President Obama as addresses the nation in a televised news conference on Tuesday, 3/24. Pray for godly wisdom and great guidance for him as he prepares and speaks.
President Obama has announced the appointments of Dr. Margaret Hamburg as Commissioner of the Food and Drug Administration and Dr. Joshua Sharfstein as the Principal Deputy Commissioner, as well as the creation of a new Food Safety Working Group. Pray for Hamburg and Sharfstein as they step up to serve our country, asking that they will be empowered to protect our nation’s food supply and keep Americans safe.
Give thanks for a small group of pastors who have repeatedly been called upon by President Obama to provide spiritual support and prayer, asking that God will guide these men with great wisdom as they speak with the President. Pray for powerful moments of influence that will impact him with sound spiritual truth, biblical guidance and the love and grace of our Holy God.
Pray for Pope Benedict XVI as he continues his travels to Africa, visiting Cameroon and Angola. Pray for his protection, health and strength and for great blessing to come from his time there.
Pray for the seven-member crew of the Space Shuttle Discovery which docked Tuesday with the International Space Station and brought supplies needed to increase the facility’s capacity, doubling the number of people who can live there from three to six. Pray for continued protection and strength for the crew.
Many school districts have announced deep cutbacks in budgets and staffing in the coming year. Pray for the teachers and staff of our nation’s schools as they work long hours and in challenging situations, asking for God’s grace for those facing an uncertain future. Pray for wisdom for each decision made that will impact the employment of a teacher, and pray for encouragement for those who must wait to learn their future.
Give thanks for mild signs of economic recovery this week asking that our economy will gain strength and those struggling with financial setbacks will have hope and help. Pray for those losing their homes, for those seeking employment and for those struggling to afford basic necessities, and pray for all who are working to help our economy rebound.
The Pentagon has reported that reports of sexual assault in the military have increased. Though initially alarming to learn of an 8% increase, officials are encouraged that this is a positive sign indicating that more persons are reporting incidents rather than remaining quiet. Pray for services and support for victims to be strengthened and increased, and pray for healing for all victims of any form of abuse.
Give thanks for the excellence shown by the members of our military as they safeguard our freedom. Pray for God’s powerful protection, for guidance and help for each one. Pray for those who struggle with multiple deployments, leaving families and friends behind.

Begin To Pray for "OUR" Country as Meetups spring up all around the country. PRAY-ers To Pray for one another.
PRAY-ers Post
PRAY-ers MeetUp Mar 15, '09 8:21 AM
for everyone
To Pray like Jesus taught us To Pray, "OUR" Father who "ART"! That is all there is to it when others would say it ain't so in "OUR" Country and would want to silence those who pray. They can't see beyond their noses that You "ARE" to "BE" Holy! Your name above all names to "BE" Worshipped and Adored. WHY? Because You are "OUR" only salvation when You rule and reign in the world. We change to "BE" someone we were never before by faith that Jesus gives we have new Hope. We change "OUR" mind about what we are "DO"ing and now "OUR" heart is fixed to please Him who gives life that lasts beyond our self when we admit it and say the same thing He says about trying to work out our own salvation by what we Do. This kind of bail out is not working. Thank You forgiving and cleansing us from "OUR" Sin of thinking we could Do right when all the time You are there watching and waiting for us to come and Ask you to help us out of these difficult times leading us out of these difficulties delivering us from the evil one who would seek to destroy Your children who trust in You. We Pray in Jesus name. AMEN!

Hello, sweet church family. Victoria Fleming here again. Please continue to pray for my mother, Louise Duffield. She has not been feeling well since surgery and had to go in for surgery again yesterday due to blood clots, need to remove more margin around the lumpectomy, and to place the mammography tube for radiation next week. She has not been sleeping and is pretty tired. Wonderful praise report is that the pathology reports have come back clear...no further cancer...so she should be fine after completing the radiation. We are very grateful for this news! Thank you for your faithful prayers. We serve a wonderful God!

Folks,
I intended to put this in the devotional, but I got distracted and sent it on without it. I need you to please pray for Brother Howard. He had a Heart Attack last night, ambulance took him to the hospital and they did Angioplasty on him, had one artery 99% plugged and one 80%. They left the 80% percent for another time, but was successful with the 99% and he was doing well this morning when I went to see him, wanting to go home already. His wife Glenda was already in the hospital, if you'll remember, had knee replacement Tuesday, so now they're both in there. Please pray for both of them.
Jody is still doing fine, went to work today.
Love you guys and may God bless you.

Please pray that it is not lymphoma as there are now two lumps.(Jeri said they won't know for sure until the surgery on the left side of her face first and then they will deal with the right side.
