Spreading God's Love Thru Prayer
Thirst for God
"As the deer pants for streams of water, so pants for Thee, O God my soul.
My soul thirsts for God, the living God: When shall I come and appear before God?
Psalm 42:1-2 "
These opening verses of Psalm 42 are a description of a person who is in great needof God's presence.
It is a good metaphor to describe one who is thirsty for God.
The psalmist takes the figure of hungry deer to describe his spiritual state.
In reality, the presence of God depends on how the believer is related and how His Word is fed and how much fear in the heart has to obey its precepts.
The believer who loses his way, surely, at some point in their lives, feel nostalgia forthe intimacy with Him
In his daily walk in the Christian life, have you ever, under any circumstances, in thesedays of anxiety, felt to be alienated from God?
Do not let the tough times will be a sign that God has abandoned him, no, maybe heis dealing with you and you have not been aware of it. In this month's Bible encourageyou to meditate on his word and
