police retaliations and spying privacy invasion seattle, coruption

Since There are many protest police  are on the rise for retaliation ,, and what they are doing are putting camera in places especially Seattle Washington to invade privacy of residents and tenants any kind of way that they can , these camera are specialized camera that can have access to your cell phone... if you are standing in front of them they can do things like dial numbers on your phone text while you are texting if you stand in front of these camera,, call others people switch numbers

these camera are located and put in area where there are mostly blacks ,,, although Seattle Washington has had the highest police shooting beating of blacks in united states history ,, they have camera every where and the city and police department has hidden more evidence in police killing in all if untied states history,, one whistle blower stated that ,, there were several places in Seattle where there was bodies of people who were black left for dead and you could smell it ,, and police knew but just didn't care and those people were listed as missing ..

 a white female witness that she saw many people who were dead and bodies left by police ,, she stated in 2018 ,, in Seattle and police knew that they were there but didn't care ,, she said she was afraid but she took other to see
