1 John 1:9

1 John 1:9 (NIV)

If we confess our sin, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.

We must realize that God is omnipresent. He knows everything about us, and quiet as it’s kept, already is ahead of us when we sin. If we would stop acting like we can hide from Him, and repent for real, He’s there to pick us up, dust us off, and cleanse us, so we can stay in the race.
