Psalms 46:1-2

Psalms 46:1-2 (NIV)

God is our refuge and strength, an ever present help in trouble.  Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea.

There are all types of calamities that happen all over the world.  We are getting earthquakes, tornadoes and hurricanes in places that we thought we’d never see them.  But the Word of God encourages us to seek the Lord, and hold onto Him when trouble comes, because He provides us with the strength and courage that we need, when everything is falling apart around us.
