Prayer for those who have been sexually abused.

Holy Father I bring before you today all men, women, and children who have been sexuallly abused. I pray Father that parents will realize how traumatic sexual abuse is to a child and that  it should not be covered up or disregarded. I pray father that you would lead victims to a safe place and provide a  genuine support system where they can talk about the things that happened to them and begin to heal. Help those who were violated in this way to know that it was not their fault,and to be able to get rid of the guilt and shame that comes from trying to cover up the secret. Help them to properly process what happen and not blame self, put up walls, or allow rage to overtake them because something precious was taken from them.  Take away the confusion that may result also and cause problems in their relationships. Help the person to see themselves as you see them and as you created them to be--a person worthy of love, and one with value so that they can go forward and enjoy the abundant life provided for them by JESUS.  Jesus shed his precious blood so that they (we) can experience wholeness Lord.. Restore them to wholeness Lord. Give them beauty for ashes.  Take away the victim mentality and make them Victors instead. Turn around for  good  what the enemy meant for evil. In the mighty name of Jesus I pray this prayer to you Holy Father. Amen.
