Psalm 15
1Lord, who shall abide in thy tabernacle? who shall dwell in thy holy hill?
2He that walketh uprightly, and worketh righteousness, and speaketh the truth in his heart.
3He that backbiteth not with his tongue, nor doeth evil to his neighbour, nor taketh up a reproach against his neighbour.

Today is a sad day for me.I miss my husband so much.Sometimes I feel that I'am alone.I know in my heart that Jesus
is around me and giving me strength to endure. The human side of me feels pain and it's this that makes me feel sad
and lonely.
I reflect on our life together and I know in my heart that God had a hand in our meeting and being together for 27 years
Even when I became so ill that the doctors gave up on me.He stood by my side through it all.He was a very special…

the oxford Dictionay states time is:
1. the dimension in which events etc, continue or succeed one another; past, present, future. we have four season, Spring Summer Autum Winter. We all go through changes. Times of happiness, loss, love, sorrow, Time of prosperity, time of fear anger. But God know's our future and what path we may take. This is a season of good will, but let it not just be around Christmas, but all throughout the year. Eccl 3:1 To every thing there is a season, and…

I find it ironic that people thinK oF miracles as something big or spectacular.Miracles happen everyday in our lives.
We forget that when we rise each morning it's a miracle by God's grace to give us another day to experience His Goodness.
We have opportunities in life that we take for granted. As a nurse I saw all types of pain and suffering.Tragedy in the young.Devestation when a child died.We think that we are envincable yet we are…

A Lifelong Journey
Once a solid spiritual foundation has been set in place, we are able to grow into the new life God has promised us. The Bible calls this “maturing in Christ.” As I can readily attest, it is a lifelong process.
God’s intent is that as new believers, we become different people. We are “under construction.” We’re being transformed from the inside out. The chief architect of these changes is God himself. As a loving father, he comes alongside to personally…

Here are the key elements by which we become reconciled to the Father. Each is vitally important. Any, if absent, could keep our new relationship from being complete
Our condition: First, we must understand that we are separated from God. The chasm dividing us is both wide and deep. We inherited a fatal defect at birth. As a result, we have lived our lives independently from him. The Bible emphasizes this stark reality: “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God”…

Mark 15:33-39 (NRSV)
When it was noon, darkness came over the whole land until three in the afternoon. At three o'clock Jesus cried out with a loud voice, "Eloi, Eloi, lema sabachthani?" which means, "My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?" When some of the bystanders heard it, they said, "Listen, he is calling for Elijah." And someone ran, filled a sponge with sour wine, put it on a stick, and gave it to him to drink, saying, "Wait, let us see whether Elijah will come to take him…

Philippians 4:6-13 (NRSV)
Do not worry about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
Finally, beloved, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is pleasing, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence and if there is anything worthy of…

Today's society has been referred to as the microwave generation. I do agree that often times we have that mentality of everything we want should be right now and right away. More time than not we often believe that should be the case. However, As members of The Body we know better. God tells us to "Wait on the Lord, and he shall direct your path". But, we are often in a rush for what we have termed as "our blessing". I know I am not speaking to any of you, so I will continue this for my… Continue

11 Behold, the LORD hath proclaimed unto the end of the world, Say ye to the daughter of Zion, Behold, thy salvation cometh; behold, his reward is with him, and his work before him.

Colossians 3:12-17 (NRSV)
As God's chosen ones, holy and beloved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, meekness, and patience. Bear with one another and, if anyone has a complaint against another, forgive each other; just as the Lord has forgiven you, so you also must forgive. Above all, clothe yourselves with love, which binds everything together in perfect harmony. And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in the one body.…

Last week I threw out
worrying, it was getting
old and in the way.
It kept me from being me;
I couldn't do things
God's way.
I threw out a book on
my past (Didn't have time
to read it anyway).
Replaced it with NEW GOALS,
started reading it today.
I threw out hate and bad
memories,
(Remember how I treasured
them so)?
Got me a NEW PHILOSOPHY
too, threw out the one
from long…
