FOUND AND RETURN HOME TATIANA BALLENGER, HALLELUJAH

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A Northside family is desperate to find their 13-year-old daughter.

Tatiana Ballenger has not been seen by her family since 10:30 p.m. Sunday.
