Spreading God's Love Thru Prayer
A Mournful Morning in Corpus Christi
For some of us this morning when we awoke one of our family members or dear friends did not. This morning I mourn for Sister Alberta Crawford Sneed of Corpus Christi, Texas as I did a couple a weeks ago for Glen “Ricky” Holloway originally from Corpus Christi, Texas. They were “dear childhood friends” who grew up to do wonderful things in their lives as well as in others. They made a positive difference. Though I mourn, I rejoice in their living for I believe in God’s Word.
Blessed are those that mourn, for they shall be comforted. Matthew 5:4
I will turn their mourning into gladness. I will give them comfort and joy instead of sorrow. Jeremiah 31:13
So this mourning if you woke up to the sad news of the death of a love one… Remember Death is already defeated it has no sting or victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
