Spreading God's Love Thru Prayer
Galatians 6 : 2 Bear ye one another,s burden , and so fulfill the law of Christ ! Lets talk about how we are to help one another according to the scripture , and the importance of each of us helping one another . There will come a time in our lives no matter who we are we will need someone to help us in one way or another ; The word burden means a load or even an oppression . In this scripture the burden would be because of a fault that someone has found themselves overtaken by . The word Bear means to support , to carry and to endure with that person . When a brother or sister is overtaken in a fault , it should inflict them in such a way because they know that they are hurting the very heart of God ! Because of what they are going through , they are hurting enough already so the last thing that they need is another brother or sister condemning them or putting their knee,s on their neck . In these situation that give,s us the opportunity to see just how spiritual we are ; it separates the does and the talker . So when we see someone going through or even overtaken in a fault , if we know or not know them , right then and there it is decision time ; first decision should be to remove self out of the way if we are spiritual . It is natural for self to try to figure out why they are where they are and what they did to get there instead of being moved by compassion for this brother or sister . Our first source of action is always,s prayer ! We pray with them if they allow for us to and if not we still pray for them . For it is in prayer that God gives us the wisdom that we use and need in which to handle the situation because each situation is different . Sad to say but we have become so separated because of what church we go through or what denomination we belong to that the real works of Christ is going undone . The question is, are you a burden bearer or are you one who will look a person going through and not even see them ? I,m Just Asking !
